When you are eating take out sushi or eating at a restaurant, you should only put a small amount of soy sauce in your dish. It is considered rude to waste the soy sauce and wasabi. However, if you find yourself running out of soy sauce, it is perfectly acceptable to take another serving of soy sauce and wasabi for your sushi.

When you are selecting your wasabi for your sushi, you should only use premium wasabi. As sushi is focused on high quality ingredients for the best possible flavor, this should apply to your condiments as well.
